1.Product Description
We blanch raw bitter apricot kernels by soaking Off their skins in boiling water about 2 hours, during peeling process , we just remove the brown skin and keep the original bitter taste and nutritious. Then all blanched apricot kernels still need to be drying process , color sorting process and X-Ray inspection process, finally the finished blanched bitter apricot kernels are almost same in creamy white color and size and fully keep the original bitter flavor.

The blanched bitter apricot kernels are mainly used to apricot kernel oil , apricot kernel meal ,medicine extraction and cooking.
